Le strie del Latemar

E' una composizione per flauto e campioni, basata su una storia come venne raccontata da un vecchio contastorie ladino registrato dall'Istituto di Cultura Ladina negli anni Settanta. Ho ridotto la narrazione in campioni, ne ho ricavato le melodie implicite e ho così costruito una partitura. La parte elettronica si può controllare tramite una applicazione MaxRuntime che qui puoi scaricare (basta un comupter Macintosh per montarla). La storia, tradotta in italiano e inglese, si trova nel libretto del mio cd Amer volesse. Qui trovi la partitura per flauto e qui le semplici istruzioni per usare l'applicazione.

This is a piece for flute and samples; it's about a story told in ladin by an old storyteller at the beginning of the Seventies. I have reduced the narration in samples and build an electronics score on them. You could control the electronic part through a MaxRuntime (you need a macintosh computer to mount the application).
